Authority Playbooks

Know a buyer's real patterns before you write a word for them.

What it is: Authority Playbooks pulls live tender notices for your target buyers straight from the UK Contracts Finder API, and pairs them with a playbook of buyer-specific patterns and pitfalls — built by generalizing real debrief data from bids run against that same authority, never a client's raw bid content.

Why it matters: most suppliers relearn the same lessons about a council or NHS trust bid after bid. Authority Playbooks means the second, fifth, and twentieth bid against the same buyer all start smarter than the first.

Being straight about a real limit: Contracts Finder's public API only supports keyword search across its full notice corpus — there's no true buyer-name filter. Small or mid-sized authorities can show zero live notices even when everything's working correctly. We say this plainly in the product rather than let it look like a bug, and link out to Contracts Finder's own search as a manual fallback.
